Shipping & Returns
Orders placed on ellaboutique.co.uk will be shipped within 3 working days from receiving your order using a fully traceable courier to your requested shipping address. If you need to receive your order sooner please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to get your order to you with an express service where possible.
Please note for worldwide shipments going outside the UK and EU, customs cost may occur and these charges are to be paid by the buyer.
If you wish to return the item and ELLA Boutique incurs any customs charges to receive this item back for a refund, these charges will be deducted form the refund ELLA Boutique will process.
RETURN POLICY
When placing an order on ellaboutique.co.uk you are agreeing to our returns policy.
To return an item from ELLA Boutique, you must submit an exchange or refund request within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Requests should be sent to custumercare@ellaboutique.co.uk and must include your order number and a brief description of the request. Once ELLA Boutique has approved your request, you have strictly 3 working days to get the goods back to us. Please note that any returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Please note goods should be returned in an unworn condition with no signs of wear. Goods that are marked or show any signs of wear cannot be refunded and will be returned to the sender.
Any postage costs are non-refundable and return postage will be at the customer's cost. An express, tracked postage service must be used for all returned goods as the consumer is responsible for the items until they reach ELLA Boutique offices. ELLA will not be responsible for any return goods lost in transit or any that arrive outside of the returns timeframe.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@ellaboutique.co.uk and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
